About the Project
DFA conceived three different schemes for this Miami residential concept.
By taking an other wise banal “box”, DFA proposed to either “Skin the Box”, “Raise the Box”, or “Cut the box” to provide a visually compelling building for the neighbhorhood as well as work within the zoning requirements of the neighbhorhood. All while adding residential, retail, ofice, and hospitality. Depending on the client’s needs, each scheme offered a different and unique approach to stay within the zoning requirements.
