About the Project
A private client approached DFA to design a modern home overlooking Los Angeles. The two-story cantilevered design utilizes pre-fabricated timber structure with mesh shading device, and will be constructed in five months. DFA’s exploration of system and materials offers a fresh, open-air lifestyle and serves as a solution for aspirational residential clients with budgets under $1 million.
